If you have Cigna, United or Blue Cross Blue Shield plans outside of Independence Blue Cross, click here to see if your visit will be fully covered. Once verified, you can click above to schedule and select "Lactation Network". For all other plans, I will charge you directly and then provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.Â
